Important Facts
- You deal directly with Finansh. Our directors and employees perform customer acquisition, borrowing advice, preliminary assessment, structuring support, document coordination and Lender coordination.
- No external sales or fulfilment chain. We do not use marketing partners, lead generators, referral agents, external sales agents, sub-DSAs, loan aggregators or outsourced loan-fulfilment partners to deal with customers.
- Finansh may itself work directly for a Lender. Under a direct written arrangement, a Lender may describe Finansh as its DSA, channel partner, sourcing partner or, where the actual arrangement permits, Lending Service Provider. That does not authorise a downstream customer-facing partner or agent.
- Retail borrowers never pay Finansh. Finansh charges no fee to an individual borrower for a personal or retail loan—before, during or after sanction or disbursement.
- Business fees are success-only. Where a Business User pays Finansh, the fee is agreed in writing and earned only after the agreed loan is actually disbursed. Finansh does not charge advances, retainers, onboarding fees, application fees, review fees, renewal fees, withdrawal fees, annual fees, subscriptions or recurring fees.
- Never dual compensation. For the same transaction, Finansh is paid by either the Lender or—only for a Business transaction—the Business User, never both. If a Lender pays, is expected to pay or is liable to pay Finansh, the customer pays no Finansh fee for that transaction.
- Other loan-related charges are separate. Processing, legal, valuation, technical, stock-audit, CERSAI, stamp-duty, registration, insurance and similar charges are paid directly by the customer to the relevant Lender, authority, professional or provider. Finansh does not collect, route, mark up or retain them.
- A Lender is named before submission. A general enquiry is not permission to circulate your information. We obtain or record authority for each named Lender and stated purpose.
- Finansh is not the Lender. The Lender alone decides approval, amount, pricing, conditions and disbursement.
- Technology supports our people. Internal or adviser-assisted decision-support tools do not make a Lender’s credit decision. A team member reviews material case-specific recommendations.
This summary is included for readability. The sections below explain the model in more detail, and the Website and General Service Terms remain the binding document.
1. Who serves you
The Finansh service is provided by Better Finansh Solutions Private Limited through its directors and employees.
Our in-house team performs the customer-facing work, including:
- understanding your borrowing need and priorities;
- preliminary assessment and likely-credit-objection review;
- debt or facility structuring support;
- Lender-fit assessment among the Lenders and products reasonably available to us;
- application and document coordination;
- communication and follow-up with each selected Lender; and
- comparison and explanation of the Lender’s proposed terms.
We do not appoint or use an external person to find customers, sell our service, advise a borrower, collect documents or fees, or fulfil a loan application for Finansh. No marketing partner, lead generator, referral agent, external sales agent, sub-DSA, loan aggregator or outsourced loan-fulfilment provider is authorised to represent Finansh.
Under a direct written arrangement, a Lender may describe Finansh itself as its DSA, channel partner, sourcing partner or, where the actual arrangement permits, Lending Service Provider. That label describes the direct contractual relationship between Finansh and the Lender. It does not authorise an external person to acquire or serve customers for Finansh.
Finansh may make limited first-party business-to-business contact through its directors or employees where permitted by law. We identify Finansh, explain why we are contacting the recipient and honour opt-out requests.
2. Necessary providers are not Finansh agents
Running a secure service requires limited third-party functions. For example, a technology processor may provide hosting, cloud storage, email, CRM, communications, document management, analytics, cybersecurity or scheduling under our instructions and safeguards. Advocates, auditors and other professional advisers may support a defined legal, audit or operational need.
After you authorise a named Lender, that Lender and its own KYC, verification, legal, technical, valuation or other appointed provider may participate in the Lender’s process.
These organisations have narrow technical, professional or Lender-side roles. They are not Finansh marketing, referral, sales or loan-fulfilment partners, and they are not authorised to make a Finansh promise or collect a Finansh fee. Our Privacy Policy explains the applicable purposes, recipient categories and safeguards.
3. Our one-source compensation rule
For the same borrowing transaction and its related advisory, structuring, sourcing, application, documentation and execution work, Finansh retains compensation from only one source.
For a personal or retail loan, the borrower never pays Finansh. For a Business transaction, Finansh is paid by either the Lender or the Business User—never both.
If Finansh receives, is entitled to receive or reasonably expects to receive a fee, commission, incentive, sourcing payment or other transaction-linked compensation from a Lender, the customer pays no Finansh fee for that transaction.
If a Business User agrees in writing to pay Finansh, the only permitted customer fee is a success fee earned after the agreed actual disbursement. Finansh will not solicit, accept or retain transaction-linked compensation from a Lender for that transaction.
Different stages of work, invoices, entities used for payment, accounting descriptions or labels such as advisory, structuring, sourcing, coordination, success or execution do not permit Finansh to retain compensation from both sources for what is substantively the same transaction.
If conflicting compensation is received, Finansh will promptly reject, reverse, return or refund the conflicting amount so that it retains compensation from only one source, and will notify the affected customer. No employee or engagement document may waive this rule.
4. What customers pay
Personal and retail borrowing
Finansh does not charge or collect any fee from an individual borrower for advice, assessment, application assistance, documentation coordination, sanction support, disbursement support, review, renewal or any other Finansh service connected with a personal or retail loan. This applies whether or not the loan is sanctioned or disbursed.
No advance, retainer, onboarding fee, application fee, engagement fee, success fee, review fee, renewal fee, withdrawal fee, annual fee, subscription or recurring fee is payable to Finansh by a retail borrower.
Business borrowing
Where Finansh charges a Business User, it charges only a success-linked Professional Advisory Fee expressly agreed in a written engagement. The fee is earned only after the agreed loan is actually disbursed. A consultation, assessment, proposal submission, credit appraisal, in-principle approval or sanction without disbursement does not by itself earn a Finansh fee.
The written engagement states the fee amount or calculation, GST treatment, relevant borrower or facility, disbursement-based success event, invoicing and post-disbursement payment period.
Finansh does not charge a Business User an advance, onboarding fee, application fee, engagement fee, retainer, periodic fee, review fee, renewal fee, withdrawal fee, annual fee, subscription fee or recurring fee. Subsequent drawdowns under the same sanctioned facility do not create a separate review, renewal or recurring fee.
If the compensation basis changes to Lender-paid before a customer success fee is earned, the customer fee is cancelled. The one-source rule in section 3 always applies.
Lender, professional and statutory charges
Charges imposed in connection with a personal, retail or business loan are separate from Finansh’s compensation. Where applicable, the customer remains responsible for Lender processing, application and documentation charges; advocate, legal, title-search and search-report charges; technical-appraisal and TEV charges; valuation charges; stock-audit and receivables-audit charges; CERSAI charges; stamp duty; registration and security-creation charges; insurance premiums; taxes; and other disclosed statutory or transactional charges.
These amounts must be paid directly to the relevant Lender or, where the Lender directs, to the identified government authority or independent professional or service provider. Finansh does not collect, route, mark up or retain any part of these amounts. The applicable amount, payee and payment instructions are governed by the relevant Lender document, invoice or provider terms.
5. Our Lender relationships
Finansh has written commercial arrangements directly with selected Lenders for permitted sourcing, application coordination or related services. There is no external marketing, referral or channel intermediary between the customer and Finansh.
Depending on the arrangement, a Lender may call Finansh its corporate DSA, channel partner, sourcing service provider or, where the actual arrangement permits, Lending Service Provider. These labels describe Finansh’s direct relationship with that Lender; they do not describe an external Finansh sales or fulfilment chain.
We are independently owned and are not exclusive to one Lender. We do not claim to cover every Lender or product in India. A direct Lender arrangement does not make Finansh the Lender, an employee of the Lender or authorised to bind the Lender.
Finansh assesses the Lenders and products reasonably available to it. We consider eligibility, policy fit, sector and geographic appetite, collateral, cash flow, execution feasibility, service, pricing, fees, covenants and your stated priorities. Lender compensation is not the sole basis for a recommendation, and we disclose any material engagement-specific conflict known to us.
6. The Lender decides
Finansh is a borrowing adviser and application-support provider. We do not accept deposits, lend from our own balance sheet, issue a binding sanction or key facts statement, or make a Lender’s credit decision.
Only the relevant Lender can decide whether to accept an application, obtain additional checks, approve a facility, set the amount, interest rate, fees, security, covenants and other terms, or disburse funds. No Finansh employee can guarantee approval, a lowest rate, a particular processing time or disbursement.
Before accepting a facility, read the Lender’s application, key facts statement where applicable, sanction letter, facility agreement and security documents carefully. Ask us or the Lender to explain anything unclear, but rely on the final Lender documents for the credit terms.
7. When your information is shared
A Website visit, calculator use or general enquiry does not authorise us to circulate your information.
Before Finansh shares an application or material personal or financial information, we obtain or record your authority for each named Lender and the stated facility or purpose. Authority for one Lender is not authority for another. If you approve several Lenders together, the record identifies each one and the relevant information or document categories.
We do not sell or rent customer data and do not disclose it to marketing, referral or lead-generation partners. Necessary processors may handle limited data under our instructions and safeguards. After an authorised submission, the selected Lender handles information under its own legal duties and privacy terms.
8. How decision support is used
Finansh currently uses internal or adviser-assisted decision-support capabilities. They may help our team organise information, identify questions, compare policies and prepare analysis.
These tools do not lend, underwrite, approve, sanction or reject credit. A member of our team reviews a material case-specific recommendation before asking a customer to rely on it. The Lender remains the sole credit decision-maker.
Finansh does not intentionally use customer personal data or confidential financial documents to train a publicly available or shared general-purpose AI model. Any provider access is governed by our Privacy Policy and the applicable provider terms, settings and safeguards.
9. Verify a person or payment request
Treat anyone claiming to be a Finansh marketing partner, referral agent, sub-DSA or outsourced loan-fulfilment agent as a possible impersonator. An identified legal, valuation, verification or other provider acting for a named Lender after your authorisation should be verified with that Lender or with Finansh.
Before sharing documents or money:
- verify the person through [email protected] or +91 87674 11297;
- do not share a password, PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP;
- if you are a retail borrower, do not pay any fee to Finansh;
- pay a genuine customer-paid Business success fee only after the agreed disbursement event and against a Finansh invoice;
- pay Finansh only into an official bank account held in the name Better Finansh Solutions Private Limited;
- do not pay a Finansh fee into a personal bank account, personal UPI ID or unverified wallet; and
- pay Lender, professional and statutory charges directly to the verified Lender or other identified payee—not to Finansh.
Report a suspicious call, message, document or payment request immediately. If money has already moved, contact your bank or payment provider promptly and make any appropriate cybercrime or police report.
