Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice
This Notice explains who owns or licenses the content and intellectual property used on the Finansh website, what you may do without asking, what requires permission, and how to raise a genuine copyright or trade mark concern.
Copyright protection generally arises automatically under Indian law. This Notice does not claim ownership over facts, ideas, customer documents, Lender materials, open-source components or third-party assets that do not belong to Finansh.
Please read this Notice with our Website and General Service Terms and Privacy Policy. For an overview of our advisory and execution model, see How Finansh Works.

Better Finansh Solutions Private Limited

Registered office: Office No. 807, 8th Floor, Solitaire Business Hub, Balewadi High Street, Baner, Pune - 411045, Maharashtra, India
Email: [email protected]
Telephone: +91 87674 11297
In this Notice, “Finansh”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Better Finansh Solutions Private Limited. “Website” means the Finansh website and the public pages and features that link to this Notice.
2. What is protected
Finansh owns, or uses under an applicable licence or permission, the protectable elements of the Website, including, as applicable:
- original articles, guides, explanations, selection and arrangement of text;
- original graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos and audio;
- page layouts, interface elements and visual designs;
- original calculators and tools, and copyright in qualifying original databases and compilations;
- software, source code, object code, scripts and technical documentation;
- Finansh product interfaces, original rules, prompts, workflows and non-public methods;
- reports, templates, presentations, models and other original work product; and
- the Finansh name, logos, device marks, trade dress, and other Finansh product and brand elements used from time to time.
Protection applies only to the extent recognised by copyright, trade mark, database, confidentiality, contract or other applicable law. A copyright notice does not convert an unprotectable fact, idea, principle, method or public-domain material into Finansh property.
Unless a page says otherwise, the copyright notice for original Website material is:
© 2023-2026 Better Finansh Solutions Private Limited. All rights reserved, subject to the permissions and statutory exceptions stated in this Notice.
3. What Finansh does not claim to own
Finansh does not claim ownership merely because material appears on or is referenced by the Website. In particular:
- facts, interest rates, public Lender policies, laws, government publications and ideas remain subject to their own legal status;
- a Lender’s application, key facts statement, sanction, facility document, logo or other material belongs to the Lender or its licensor;
- customer documents and original customer content remain the customer’s or relevant rights holder’s property;
- third-party photographs, fonts, software, open-source components, maps, videos, embeds and stock assets remain subject to their licences; and
- a quotation, link or factual reference does not transfer ownership to Finansh.
We aim to identify third-party ownership or source information where reasonably appropriate. An omission does not create a claim of ownership.
4. Customer documents and confidential information
You retain ownership of documents and original content that you lawfully provide to Finansh. We receive only the limited permission needed to provide the requested Service, use necessary processors under our instructions, transmit specified information to each named Lender you authorise, keep lawful records and comply with legal obligations, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We do not acquire a right to publish your loan file, financial statements, property documents, testimonial, name or confidential information merely because you provide it for an advisory or application-support purpose.
This Copyright Notice does not authorise any person, crawler or AI system to access, index, copy or use personal data, customer documents, confidential material or a non-public Finansh system.
5. Uses permitted without separate written permission
Subject to the Terms, this Notice and applicable law, you may:
- browse and display public Website pages for personal use or internal business evaluation;
- print or save a reasonable personal copy of a public page for reference;
- link to a public canonical page without framing it or implying endorsement;
- quote a short, non-substitutive excerpt with clear attribution to Finansh and a link to the source;
- share the title, link, author or publisher attribution and a brief accurate description of a public page;
- use material to the extent a statutory exception independently permits it; and
- use a downloadable asset according to any specific licence displayed with that asset.
These permissions are non-exclusive, revocable for future use where law permits, and do not transfer ownership. They do not permit access to a restricted area, circumvention of a control or use that falsely appears to come from Finansh.
6. Fair dealing and other lawful exceptions
Nothing in this Notice restricts a use independently permitted by applicable law.
Indian copyright law includes fair-dealing and other exceptions, including specified uses for private or personal use including research, criticism or review, and reporting current events and current affairs. Whether an exception applies depends on the actual work, amount, purpose, context and law.
Where a qualifying Finansh article carries an express reproduction-right reservation by its author under section 52(1)(m) of the Copyright Act, 1957, that reservation applies in accordance with law. This general Notice does not substitute for an article-level author reservation and does not remove a separate fair-dealing or other statutory exception that applies on the facts.
Attribution is expected where law, academic practice or the permission above requires it. Attribution alone does not make an otherwise unauthorised substantial reproduction lawful.
7. Uses that require prior written permission
Unless applicable law independently permits the use, obtain written permission before you:
- reproduce, republish, translate, adapt, syndicate or distribute a substantial part of a Finansh work;
- use Website content in a commercial publication, course, paid database, lead-generation product, research service or competing service;
- mirror, frame or archive a substantial part of the Website for public or commercial access;
- extract, scrape, harvest or systematically download content, data or personal information;
- reconstruct or distribute an original Finansh database, compilation, calculator, model, lender-policy library or workflow;
- modify content in a manner that misrepresents its meaning or source;
- use a Finansh name, logo, device mark, design or trade dress in advertising, a domain name, app, social account, product or service;
- imply that Finansh or a Lender sponsors, certifies, verifies or endorses you or your output;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or seek non-public source code, rules, weights, prompts, security controls or methods, except to the limited extent a mandatory law permits;
- remove or alter a copyright, trade mark, attribution, watermark or rights-management notice; or
- use public Website content for machine-learning model development beyond the express search and discovery permission in section 8.
For permission, email [email protected] with the subject “Content Permission Request” and describe the material, proposed use, audience, territory, duration and whether the use is commercial. Silence is not permission.
8. Search, indexing and AI-assisted discovery
Subject to our machine-readable instructions and technical controls, Finansh permits conventional search engines and discovery services to access publicly available pages solely to:
- index them;
- return source links, titles and metadata; and
- create brief, non-substitutive snippets or faithful attributed summaries that link to the canonical source.
The service must identify Finansh as the source where reasonably practicable, link to the canonical page, preserve material context, avoid implying that it is Finansh or a Lender, and respect our robots.txt, access controls, rate limits and other machine-readable instructions. Those technical instructions supplement this Notice; they do not grant a broader licence.
This permission does not extend to personal or non-public information and does not grant a licence to:
- train, fine-tune, distil, benchmark, evaluate or otherwise develop a machine-learning or generative-AI model using Finansh content;
- build or distribute a training dataset;
- maintain a persistent embedding index, retrieval-augmented-generation corpus or other reusable content corpus for model or product development;
- reproduce a substantial part of the Website;
- generate a substitute for a Finansh article, database, calculator, advisory product or service;
- remove attribution or canonical links; or
- bypass a technical restriction.
Please contact us for broader written permission. Nothing in this section limits a use independently permitted by applicable law. The legal treatment of AI training may depend on the facts; this section reserves permission and does not claim that every conceivable machine-learning use has already been finally determined by law.
9. Trade marks and brand use
“Finansh”, associated logos, device marks, slogans, and other product or feature names and brand presentation used by Finansh from time to time are trade marks, trade mark applications or other protected brand assets owned by Better Finansh Solutions Private Limited or used by it under lawful authority, as applicable.
You may use the plain word “Finansh” truthfully to identify or refer to us, including in criticism, review, news reporting or a source citation. You must not use a mark in a confusing, deceptive or disparagingly false way; as part of your own financial service, domain, app or social identity; or in a manner implying an untrue relationship, authorisation or endorsement.
We use the ® symbol only for an exact mark whose registration, owner and applicable status have been verified in the official registry. A mark that is unregistered or pending may be identified with ™ where appropriate. A Website statement should not be understood as expanding a registration beyond its recorded mark, owner, classes or scope.
Lender, regulator, government and other third-party names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners. A reference may describe a genuine direct working relationship, a factual comparison or public information. It does not imply any additional sponsorship, approval or authority beyond what we expressly and truthfully state.
10. Third-party and open-source material
Third-party content is used under its applicable licence, permission, statutory exception or other lawful basis. Open-source software remains subject to its relevant licence, including attribution and source-availability obligations where applicable.
Do not assume that this Notice grants permission over a third party’s work. Contact the relevant owner or review the licence displayed with the material.
Finansh’s links to a Lender, regulator, government portal or another site are provided for context or convenience. The linked site controls its own content, terms and permissions.
11. Non-public materials and confidentiality
No public Website permission applies to:
- customer or applicant information;
- non-public Lender material;
- internal policy mappings, prompts, security controls, model logic or source code;
- confidential reports, proposals, work papers or communications;
- staff credentials or restricted systems; or
- material protected by a non-disclosure, employment, contractor, Lender or other agreement.
Access to or possession of non-public material does not create a licence. Confidentiality, privacy, security, contract and trade-secret obligations may apply in addition to copyright.
12. Reporting a copyright or intellectual-property concern
We welcome specific, good-faith notices so that a concern can be assessed fairly under applicable Indian law.
Send a formal notice by email to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright / IP Notice”, or by post to:
Better Finansh Solutions Private Limited
Office No. 807, 8th Floor, Solitaire Business Hub
Balewadi High Street, Baner
Pune - 411045, Maharashtra, India
Include:
- your full name, organisation, email, telephone and postal address;
- whether you are the rights holder or an authorised representative;
- a clear description of the protected work or mark and evidence of ownership or authority;
- the exact Finansh URL or location of the material at issue;
- an explanation of the alleged infringement and why you believe no licence, permission or statutory exception applies;
- the action you request;
- a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to send the notice; and
- your electronic or physical signature.
Provide only information reasonably necessary for the review. Redact Aadhaar numbers, bank details, passwords and other sensitive identifiers unless strictly required by law.
13. How we handle a notice
We may:
- acknowledge and review the notice;
- ask for missing or proportionate supporting information;
- preserve relevant records;
- restrict or remove material temporarily or permanently where appropriate or legally required;
- contact the person who supplied or controls the material;
- give that person a reasonable opportunity to respond where lawful;
- avoid unnecessarily disclosing either party’s personal information;
- restore material if a claim is withdrawn, unsupported or the applicable statutory condition expires; and
- seek legal advice or comply with a competent court or authority.
Where a notice invokes a mandatory statutory procedure, including a procedure concerning transient or incidental storage, Finansh will apply the form, information, timing, undertaking and court-order requirements prescribed by applicable law.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal, admission of liability or acceptance of ownership. A knowingly false or materially misleading notice may expose the sender to legal consequences. We apply the same caution to an unsupported counterstatement.
Finansh does not presently operate a public user forum or general public-content hosting service under this Notice. Private customer documents are handled for advisory work under the Terms and Privacy Policy. If public comments, forums or hosted user content are introduced, we will publish the additional rules, grievance process and record-preservation measures required for that service before launch. Where a mandatory statutory notice procedure applies to a particular service or item, we will follow that procedure.
14. Corrections, attribution and provenance
If you identify an inaccurate attribution, broken source link, omitted licence notice or provenance concern, email [email protected] with the page and supporting information. We aim to correct a verified material issue without unnecessary delay.
A factual correction does not determine a disputed copyright or trade mark claim, but accurate provenance supports trust and responsible use.
15. Enforcement and legal rights
Finansh may use proportionate technical, contractual or legal measures to protect its Website, customers, confidential information and intellectual property. We do not state that every unauthorised use is criminal, and we do not waive a defence, statutory exception or remedy available to any party under applicable law.
A delay in responding to an infringement does not waive a right. Permission for one use does not imply permission for another.
Nothing in this Notice limits a Consumer right or other protection that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
16. Changes and contact
We may update this Notice to reflect a legal, ownership, licensing, Website or technology change. A material restriction applies prospectively and does not revoke a licence already granted for a completed use unless the licence or law allows that result.
For copyright, trade mark, permission or attribution matters, email [email protected] or call +91 87674 11297. Use “Copyright / IP Notice” for an infringement concern and “Content Permission Request” for proposed reuse. Formal notices may also be posted to the registered office stated in section 12.
